Director’s Cut – Vol. 2
We want to update you on our programing as there has been new information handed down from the Governor and from local and state health officials.
HVS Tryouts that were originally scheduled for May 30-31 have been moved back to the week of June 15-16. Restrictions placed on Youth Sports in May would not allow us to hold competitive tryouts and it would not have been a fair or realistic process for choosing teams. The June 15th date is scheduled but tentative. Changes may be made due to changing health conditions and changes made to advice of State and Local authorities.If you are unable to attend tryouts due to COVID-19 concerns or for any other reason, please get in touch with me directly.
HVS will begin making selections for our teams starting immediately. Some players will be selected, and some roster spots will be filled before tryouts begin. Everyone who wants to tryout will have an opportunity to make a team (assuming we are able to hold tryouts).
More information will be posted shortly concerning exact times for tryouts and what to bring.
