Dr. Freakley is a distinguished leader in applied sport and performance psychology with over two decades of experience. As the founder and CEO of Ready, Set, Resilient, he provides top-tier psychology services to individuals, teams, and organizations. His career includes prestigious roles such as Head of Mental Performance for the Toronto Blue Jays and working with the 75th Ranger Regiment of the United States Army Special Operations Forces. He holds a doctoral degree in sport and performance psychology and is a certified mental performance consultant (CMPC).
