Jaiquan Crook is a former UAB student-athlete who went on to serve on the UAB Strength and Conditioning staff. He is a certified Performance Specialist with a focus on speed, agility, and strength training. He was recognized with the 2021 “Best Personal Trainer” award and joined HVS in 2023.
