Originally from Argentina, Tomas Fox has served as Executive Director of Hoover Soccer Club since 2012. Under his leadership, HSC has become one of the most respected clubs in Alabama. He played college soccer at the University of Montevallo and was instrumental in the development of U.S. National Team player Chris Richards.
